The system addresses the skills employees lack and how to develop them through targeted training courses designed to develop the employee's

The vacant positions required by various departments are identified. The estimated budget required for these positions is also defined,
as is the approved budget value, which can be used to employ.
Reports
The system enables the user to design the reports they need, in addition to a large number of existing reports.
Payroll System
The program allows the entry of actual data according to each company's rules. The program assumes the burden of calculating employee net salaries, social insurance, and labor income tax by defining certain constants, such as:
Payment Cycle
where the start date for calculating the pay cycle is defined / the pay period (day, week, month) / the calculation method (salary, hours, project).

Additional Features
The Dynamic system relies on an approval system whereby an employee requests leave through the system, and it is then sent to the next level of the direct manager after approval.
Through the system, the leave is sent to the next level, the general manager. After approval or rejection, it is sent to a higher level. This course is designed by the user.
Sending SMS messages from within the system to employees.
Sending emails from within the system.
Creating an image archive of employee documents.
Attaching Excel, Word, and PDF files with employee data.
If the personnel affairs system is linked to the general accounts, it automatically opens (6) accounts.
